summer slow down

a 2.5 hour extended practice with Emily Scott

Join Emily for a 2.5-hour extended practice of slow flow and restorative yoga. In the first hour, we’ll slowly open the body by moving through a full-body gentle flow, and spend the next hour and a half diving deep into relaxation with restorative yoga and yoga nidra. Expect to leave feeling rejuvenated, refreshed and deeply relaxed. This extended practice is a chance to explore how the body and mind feel after true, deep, nourishing rest.

Appropriate for all levels.

Please bring a pillowcase and a blanket.
