Kelly Jarvis is a yoga teacher and Yoga Therapist whose work blends movement, science, and spirituality. With a background in Physical Education, Dance, and Sports & Exercise Science, she began her career in strength and conditioning before transitioning into more holistic practices.
Trained in Vinyasa, Hatha, Yin, Restorative yoga, and Yoga Therapy, Kelly’s approach is shaped by both her professional studies and lived experience.
