julie kamel

Julie has been a dedicated yoga practitioner and teacher for over 15 years. Whilst volunteering and assisting in yoga studios across London, Julie felt a profound connection with the practice and decided to further her studies, training and learning with Yogacampus and the Life Centre, travelling around India studying the practices, along with continuous hours of training in meditation, restorative yoga and strong Vinyasa Flow.

Julie’s teaching combines creative and intelligently sequenced classes designed to challenge the body and the mind, wrapped up in a fun accessible way. Classes are designed to allow each student to cultivate a deeper connection with their authentic self, strengthening both body and mind, allowing them to contribute to their own ever-evolving practice. Julie loves exploring movement and mobility in her own practice, enjoying handstands and arm balances to challenge herself both physically and mentally.

She currently teaches online and in studio, loves working one-to-one with her students, hosts retreats across the UK, and workshops around London and Sussex. Julie is inspired daily by her two children, devoted to cultivating conscious parenting and the daily practice of being more present, seeing the mind more clearly and opening the heart more deeply.
